• Size exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, free from stains, marks, odours or damage, and returned in their original packaging.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If your requested size is unavailable, we'll discuss alternative options with you.

• Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage for size exchanges and change-of-mind returns.

• Crossfire is not responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied.

• We recommend using a tracked postal service, as customers are responsible for ensuring their returns reach us safely.

For online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method, including standard outbound delivery charges where applicable. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or acceptable proof of return postage, whichever is earlier.

Items may be inspected upon return. Where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to try it on, resulting in reduced value, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. Where required by law, Crossfire will cover reasonable return postage costs.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us before sending an item back, quoting your order number and explaining whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Our size exchange policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which remain unaffected.
